Orders, Processing & Shipping Policy

• When you place an order, please allow 24 hours for your order to process. During this time, your payment, shipping address and order contents are verified

• ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER - Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be made and fully processed. Popular items and stickers are warehoused which will enable us to ship them you faster. Due to the high volume of variants of clothing and hats, please know that in most cases the products are not warehoused - this enables us to not have unused inventory which would in turn cause us to increase costs. 

• Upon an item being completed for order fulfillment please allow us up to two days to process the item for quality control and packaging. We want to ensure the highest quality level of products. Your happiness is our priority!  



• All of our orders are processed and fulfilled in the United States - if there is a product inventory issue, our sister warehouse in the UK will fufill the order, which will result in longer shipping times. 

• We have noticed that due to COVID-19 shipping times have taken slightly longer. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order from date of purchase. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at your convenience.

• If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. If an item is returned to us an order cannot be canceled and a refund will not be provided. 



• As all items are made to order, please note that all sales are final

• If there is a quality issue with your product, or you believe the color of the received product is different than what was ordered, please contact us and a credit will be provided


 Damaged Items:

• Although frustrating, mistakes happen. If you receive a damaged product, please email us your order number, contact information and pictures of the damaged product. Please ensure that your photo includes any graphic within the product, as proof of product source.
